Compare routes for your needs

If your connection slows during peak hours, first determine whether the cause is congestion on your local network or a change in the international route. VPNBeach covers 110+ countries / 190+ routes, with locations and route types to choose from. Compare routes using the same device, network and destination website; check page load times, video buffering and whether sessions stay connected, rather than relying only on speed tests. If switching routes does not help, check local downloads and your Wi-Fi signal. IEPL dedicated routes, relays and direct connections follow different paths; the route name alone does not guarantee a particular speed at any time.

Judge whether a connection works for your actual tasks

When choosing a cross-border network service, start by listing the websites you use, your devices and when you use them. Then compare routes and billing options. VPNBeach lists coverage, simultaneous-device rules, monthly data allowances and refund information separately, making it easier to compare like with like. For work, focus on whether you can log in, save documents and keep sessions active; for video, check playback and data use. There is no need to base every use case on the same speed test.

New users can start with the getting started guide, following the steps for getting a client, importing a subscription, confirming permissions and testing access. Clients for platforms other than iOS can be obtained from the panel after login, without purchasing a plan; iOS access depends on the instructions shown in the panel. Manage subscription details from the panel after logging in. If a connection fails, save the error message and consult the troubleshooting guide—changing several settings at once makes it harder to identify the cause.

International routes and location selection

110+ countries / 190+ routes. The table below shows sample locations and route types, not the complete list.

Choose a location based on the requirements of the service you want to use, then consider the route type. For everyday browsing that does not require a specific region, start by comparing commonly used locations. If a service requires a particular region, check its rules first and choose the corresponding exit location. A shorter distance does not necessarily mean faster access; your local carrier, international routing and the destination website's hosting location all affect performance. Test in your usual network environment and at your usual times, rather than checking just once during a quiet period.

IEPL dedicated routes, relays and direct connections describe different connection paths. A relay passes through an intermediate node, while a direct route connects to the exit directly; an IEPL dedicated route uses a dedicated-link path. Their names alone do not establish a fixed ranking. Open websites you use regularly, sign in and carry out real tasks to judge whether a route suits you. Streaming availability is listed according to platform checks; location coverage should not be mistaken for content licensing or a guarantee of playback.

Save your usual locations and troubleshoot one issue at a time

Once you find a suitable route, note its location and type so you can compare other paths in the same region if problems arise. Keep other conditions unchanged while testing. For example, do not switch networks, clear browser data and change proxy rules all at once, or it will be difficult to tell which change helped. If no international pages open, first check the client connection and local network. If only one platform fails, check its error message, regional requirements and account status.

For help, submit a ticket from the user panel with your device platform, the client's error message, selected location and the steps that caused the issue. Explain whether regular websites open and which task fails in which app; this is more useful than simply saying the connection failed. Before sharing a screenshot publicly, hide account details and subscription information, and do not expose personal connection configurations.

Monthly plans and data packages

Choose based on your data needs. All monthly plans allow unlimited simultaneous devices.

View plans

Monthly plans suit users who connect regularly and prefer to manage usage month by month. When choosing a tier, consider what you access: everyday browsing and documents are mostly about convenience, while video, file transfers and multiple devices used at once call for closer attention to data use. Device limits and data allowances are separate: unlimited simultaneous devices does not change the data included in your plan. Prices and allowances are listed below; check the full plans page again before starting.

60GB monthly plan

¥9.9 / month

A good fit for browsing, research and occasional access. If you are unsure of your typical usage, check the remaining data in the panel and use it to gauge your needs.

  • 60GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day refund policy

250GB monthly plan

¥18 / month

A good fit for frequent international browsing, with video or file tasks mixed in. Choose based on the content you use; data usage cannot be reliably converted into a fixed number of hours.

500GB monthly plan

¥28 / month

A good fit for frequent video and file tasks or multiple devices used in parallel. This tier includes a larger monthly data allowance; check the panel for actual usage.

Reset dates, upgrades and payment details

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of a calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days; check the order details in the panel before making changes. Data packages never expire and last until used, unlike monthly plans with reset dates. First decide whether you need regular monthly access or occasional, concentrated use, then compare the included data and price. These billing options are not interchangeable.

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The refund policy is 14 days, no questions asked. Manage orders, subscriptions and support tickets in the user panel. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe and check the selected tier and billing option before paying. The free trial entry point lets you access the panel to see what's available; this page does not promise extra data or free time. See the plans page and order details for complete billing information.

Choose a guide based on your issue

If setup is not complete, start with the getting started guide to connect your client and subscription. If websites work but an AI tool still shows an error, visit the ChatGPT access guide to check the app's route and platform requirements. If the connection is intermittent, first note your network environment, selected route and exact error, then work through the troubleshooting guide. Tutorials explain the steps; the routes page lists locations and types. Get your account's actual configuration from the panel.

Cross-border access involves several factors: your local network, international routes, client rules and the destination platform. When following a guide, change only the settings relevant to the issue you are experiencing, then test the result before moving on. This helps preserve settings that already work and makes it easier to describe what happened if you contact support. For changing requirements such as streaming catalogs and regional access to AI tools, follow the destination platform's current notices and test the service directly.
