Terms of Service
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNBeach. Please read the rules below and the Privacy Policy before creating an account or using the service. If you have questions about these terms, contact support through the user panel. If you do not accept these rules, please stop using the service.
Service Scope
VPNBeach provides access to international routes, subscription configurations, and client setup resources, with coverage across 110+ countries and 190+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and configurations are shown in the user panel; coverage does not mean every route will connect in every network environment.
The service is intended to improve network paths for cross-border access. It does not provide accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. Use of third-party platforms remains subject to their rules, and those platforms determine account eligibility, regional requirements, and content licensing.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials, subscription configurations, and account information. Subscription details must not be published publicly, and accounts or services must not be resold, rented, or shared with others. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password and report it through a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, for the account holder's own devices only; this does not permit distributing the service to others. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. See the Plans page for prices and traffic allowances, and review your order details before use.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they live and where they use the service, and confirm that the content they access and activities they conduct have a lawful basis. The service must not be used for fraud, violating others' rights, distributing unlawful content, accessing systems without authorization, or any other unlawful purpose.
Users must not use the service to send spam, conduct network attacks, distribute malicious software, or interfere with other users through automated abuse or other means. VPNBeach may investigate unusual activity when there is reasonable evidence and apply restrictions proportionate to the risk. Users are responsible for their own use of the service.
Availability and Limitation of Liability
Route performance depends on the local network, device settings, carrier routing, and the status of the destination platform. Network acceleration does not guarantee a specific speed, uninterrupted connections, or access to any particular website. Maintenance, upstream failures, and force majeure events may lead to route changes or temporary interruptions. If an issue occurs, consult the troubleshooting guide first.
Third-party platforms may change their access policies. VPNBeach cannot resolve account suspensions, content changes, or membership disputes on their behalf. Users should keep their own copies of important information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for losses caused by external events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund, no reason required, within 14 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the support ticket portal. Include the relevant order details so we can verify the payment record and request date. You do not need to provide a reason for dissatisfaction.
While your refund is being reviewed, keep your order records and check for ticket replies. Do not submit your account password or full subscription configuration in a ticket. Updates and the refund decision will be sent through the ticket. If these terms differ from mandatory requirements under applicable law, those requirements will prevail.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or another serious breach of these terms, VPNBeach may restrict or terminate service for the relevant account. Where permitted by law and security considerations, the reason for any action will be explained. If you disagree with the decision, submit an explanation and relevant records through a support ticket. Account actions do not affect any refund or remedy rights users may have under the law.
If changes to these terms are needed because of service updates or legal requirements, the updated terms and revision month will be posted on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will also be announced in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively diminish rights already established by law. If you do not accept the revised terms, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to ask how your existing subscription will be handled.
