This service uses bank-grade encryption. It can be used to access international websites, browse work resources, use AI tools and stream media. Target platforms may have their own account-region, content-licensing and service-availability requirements. Plan capacity does not guarantee access to any specific platform or a particular streaming quality or speed.

If you mainly browse websites and handle text-based tasks, consider starting with a lower capacity. If you often stream video, sync attachments or transfer files, include those activities in your budget. AI tool usage is not limited to text chats—file and image uploads and downloading results also use data.

Your connection experience depends on your local network, exit region and destination service. If you need a better connection, check your settings and route first rather than choosing a higher data tier just because things feel slow. More data addresses usage needs; it does not replace connection troubleshooting.

Confirm your plan, then pay

After opening the panel from a plan card, confirm whether you selected a monthly plan or data pack, then check the capacity, price and billing details. If you already have an account, sign in with it to keep your orders and current plan in one place. No email address required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe.

For Alipay or WeChat Pay, follow the instructions on the current checkout page. For USDT, carefully verify the network, payment details and amount shown for your order. Do not reuse details from an old order or infer payment instructions from this page.

Check your order and plan status after payment

After paying, return to the user panel and check your order and account plan status. If your payment record and panel status do not match, keep your order and payment receipt, then explain the issue in a ticket. Avoid submitting the same payment repeatedly while the status is pending; it can make later checks more difficult.

In your ticket, include the plan you selected, order ID, payment method and a description of the issue. Share only the information needed to verify the payment. Do not attach your account password or subscription link. This page does not specify processing times or payment fees; follow the instructions on the current order page.

Refund Requests and Information

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket linked to the order in question. Read the Terms of Service for the full eligibility rules. The refund policy is stated consistently here; it does not imply an additional trial period or any discount beyond the terms of your order.

When submitting your request, clearly state what you need, the plan name and relevant payment details. If you are also having connection issues, you can include your device platform, client message and the circumstances in which the issue occurred. This helps us understand the situation; there is no need to share sensitive account information. Keep the ticket history and add any follow-up details to the same ticket.

How many days do I have to request a refund, and how do I apply?

Which payment methods are accepted?

When does monthly plan data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Monthly plan data resets on the activation date each month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the plan and order details in the user panel. Monthly data resets do not apply to data packs.
Do data packs expire each month?
Data packs last until used up and never expire; they do not reset monthly. They suit irregular usage and budgets based on cumulative data use. Before choosing one, estimate usage from video, file transfers and multiple devices.
